Department objectives:

•  Enhance and spread the internet culture among students through educating and training younger generations
• Train teachers and members of NGOs on computer and IT.
• Follow up the operation of the internet connection to the internet tent, bus and lab
• Give the technical support and telecom solutions in the IT field for the JTG Foundation activities, with all coordination needed

Main function:

Operate the internet tent and bus all over the Kingdom, and run computer & IT training courses in the computer lab.

Department structure:

This department will include three units:

• Internet tent unit
• Internet bus unit 
• Computer lab unit
• Technical support and IT unit
• Secretary 

Section objectives:

• Promote JTG's image
• Enhance and implement Jordan Telecom Group's core values: Closeness, Commitment, and permanence, focusing on the commitment to the development of Jordan (Hello to the future).

Main function:

• Sponsor and participate in the events in the children and youth fields.
• Internal coordination with JTG departments

Section structure:

This unit will include:

• Sponsoring Officer : sponsor and contribute in events in the children and youth fields
• Sponsoring Assistant : coordinate with JT departments regarding our activities and manage the JTG Foundation budget
• JEI Liaison Officer

Section objectives:

• Manage the JTG Foundation budget , with all coordination needed.

Main function:

• Manage JTG Foundation budget and purchasing process.
• External and Internal coordination with JTG departments
