Sponsorship Strategy Sponsorship Criteria 2007
JTG Foundation Sponsorship Policy is derived from its belief that Jordanians deserve the best; in 2007, the strategy will sponsor projects that target the following:
- Poverty, enabling people to participate better in society; with specific focus on the poor, orphans, catastrophes, health and unemployment.
- Innovation, encouraging innovative and creative projects; with specific focus on the youth, employment and technology use.
- Culture & Music, enabling people to participate better in society; with specific focus on Collective vocal singing (vocal groups), Festivals, plays, communication disorders and the physically challenged.
JTG Foundation will focus on sponsoring projects that contribute to the JT Group values, which are:
- Refreshing: We are brave, we dare to do things differently,
to find a better way, we give color to all that we do.
- Honest: We are open, we say what we do and we do what we say. We are happy to share.
- Straightforward: we are direct and easy to understand, we keep things simple and we focus only on what’s important.

- Responsible: We treat people and the world around us with respect. We behave responsibly. We all contribute to the success of our business.
- Innovative: We draw inspiration from everywhere. We help people free their imagination. We are first when it counts.
2007 Sponsorship Policy
- Project are welcomed throughout the year and has to have clear aims, implementation process and fixed budget.

- Projects will be studied primarily and entities presenting the project could be asked to clarify or present documents that might help in studying the project comprehensively.
- A sponsorship committee will evaluate the submitted projects according to a set criteria and policy.
- Priority will be given to projects that have a clear beginning and a clear end.
- Entities of sponsored projects will sign an agreement with JTGF.
Considerations to be taken when submitting project:
- To cover one of the sponsorship targets for 2007.
- To have a clear studied action plan that measures the outputs of the project for all related parties.
- To contribute to the JT Group values ( Refreshing, Honest, Straightforward, Dynamic, Friendly, Trusted, Responsible, Innovative).
- Not to substitute the government actions.
- To have a long-term win – win partnership.
- JT Group has to play a vital role in the project and to be the sole sponsor.
- To be a reliable & reputable institution.
- To avoid mediators with low added value.
- The budget of the project should not exceed 50,000 JD. Quarterly reports will be expected from sponsored projects.
- More than one project could be submitted but each on a separate format.
- one project at the national level with a budget around JD100,000. is welcomed and will be seriously and theory
